Pico the Crazy is a long time friend of Rav and Blood Cross. Though not a member himself, his port has always been open for members of the Blood Cross to go to ground in a time a need. His eccentric behavior and genius droid engineering talent have earned him a reputation as a mad-scientist.

He operates his Shadowport, Pico’s Haven, in Sector S-11, near the Maw.
